Capability™ FM Enterprise is a fully web based solution for Facilities Management providing a complete and comprehensive support for FM activities in large and geographically disperse organizations.

Many different activities are included in the concept of Facilities Management, such as office support, reception, conference, mailroom, internal services and real estate services. Integrating these services under one umbrella supported by a IT-solution for Facilities Management creates great opportunity for focus in the organization, cost savings and quality.

Capability™ FM Enterprise is present on all different levels in the FM organization. Day to day operations including receptionists, service team workers, conference administrators and janitors are facilitated by the system. Facilities Management in the enterprise

Many large and geographically disperse organizations run an extensive Facilities Management operation. In addition to FM-services such as such as office support, reception, conference, mailroom, internal services, the FM organization is responsible for real estate services, space management, supplier management etc.

In the public sector there are hospitals, local authorities, universities, defense facilities, and correctional facilities, all with extensive FM-activities and often in different locations. Increased demand for cost efficiency brings new challenges. With an integrated approach to FM, the organization can achieve important values such as cost reduction and improved quality.
