Capability™ FM Direct is a fully web based Facilities Management application that includes Service and Repair requests, Asset management, FM Portal, FM Dashboard, Meeting scheduling and more. FM Portal

People like to be empowered. The FM Portal empowers people in the organization to order and perform service themselves directly on-line. It can be a service request, a repair request, a room reservation or a purchase. The user will be flexible and self-sufficient while releasing the service staff to focus on their real task: delivering services.

Capability™ FM Portal is a complete web publication system enabling the FM organization to provide the company with up to date information about Facilities Management issues.

Service request management

Service and repair requests should be expedited swiftly and efficiently. Capability™ FM Direct safeguards and facilitates the management of each individual request. There is a built-in best practice workflow, specifically supporting the Facilities Management operation.

The user is throughout the system reminded of open or pending requests. The delegation and escalation engine in Capability™ FM Direct will route requests to the right person or group of persons.

Through applying a stringent work process, the organization will be able save time and improve quality.

Mobile workorders

It is essential to be able to reach the desired service worker directly in the field. Capability™ Mobile work orders help you reach that goal. Utilizing cost efficient and standard technology like WAN, WLAN or WiFi, with cheap terminals such as standard mobile phones or computers, people can receive their work order directly independently of position.
 
Capability™ Mobile work orders lets the service centre forwarded directly work order or a request directly to the desired person or group of persons. During off hours and week ends the automatic delegation engine will take care of reaching the on-duty technician.

  • Send a request or work order with SMS (Short Text Message)

The Facilities Management operation requires continuous benchmarking and evaluation against agreed targets. Capability™ FM Dashboard and reports will present you this information in a timely fashion.

Direct Implementation

A significant slice of the investment when introducing new system is the cost of implementing the software in the organization. The system should be installed and configured according to the specifics of operation and business model in the customer organization. Moreover, people need to be trained in using the new system and slowly get up to speed.

As a result of our effort to make Capability™ FM Direct cost effective directly, we have developed a simple and standardized way of getting started. We call the method Direct Implementation.

With Direct Implementation all parts of the implementation effort are well defined before the project starts. Based on our experience from previous projects, all parts in the project are identified and assigned clear tasks.
