The Capability™ Conference Direct Web portal allows users to work with bookings directly on-line. The ability to work directly on-line creates great freedom for both users and conference administrators. Day-to-day internal meetings can be managed directly by the user, while customer meetings and larger conferences can be facilitated by conference staff.
Finding available rooms is a simple task with the Web portal. Rooms can be located either in the Gantt chart or with the room query function, where users can query the system for available rooms at a particular time and for a given number of people. The Web portal is easily integrated with the existing intranet making login fully transparent. A Single Sign-on module is available as an option.
