The system integrates all information about meetings and conferences in one place and facilitates the administration. The result is time savings as well as improved quality.

All user booked rooms are displayed together with bookings made by administrators in Gantt charts our Outlook like views. The administrator can easily see who has book a room and what services are required at the meeting. Communication with the meeting host is facilitated through e-mail, or SMS messages. Administrators can also create service requests and delegate work items to sub-contractors, such as for instance catering.
